​The Kenai River is without question one of the most coveted rivers in the world for Trophy Rainbow Trout and Dolly Varden. Epic number days can be had and the possibility of landing a Trophy Bow over the magic 30" mark is always present. The tremendous salmon runs which return to the Kenai each year provide an abundant biomass of food for hungry trout. This in turn leads to large populations of both rainbows and dolly varden which feed ravenously upon the eggs, smolt and decaying flesh of the spawning salmon.

We utilize top of the line 10' 7wt  G.Loomis fly rods and Lamson Reels while in pursuit of trophy trout. Additionally, for traditional gear enthusiasts we use 10' Okuma light tackle drift rods paired with Shimano spinning reels.
